This is my Retouching Assignment. I put makeup on Phil Dunphy from Modern Family (I know youre surprised that im a fan). There is actually one episode where Phil Dunphy wears makeup, and its the episode where he goes on the news for something Real Estate realted. I was actually going to do Snoke, and then the (senate) Emperor, and Rey, and Luke Dunphy but then I came to this. This project took me forever.
